We love TC Heating and Air . The first time we called on Thomas was in the middle of a heatwave on a weekend . He solved the problem , cost was fair and customer service stellar . Although I'm not one to typically write reviews, I'm giving TC Heating and Air a two-thumbs-up. When my air conditioner broke, I first called a well-known company, which was a waste of money. They told me that my six-year-old compressor had broken and that they don't perform warranty repairs. To fix the issue, I would need to pay for the parts and then try to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. After calling more than ten HVAC repair companies with unhelpful receptionists, I finally got in touch with TC Heating and Air. Thomas was knowledgeable, relatable, and experienced.
